Work Lyf Group is recruiting an experienced QHSE Manager to join a leading manufacturer within the window and door sector. This is a key role responsible for overseeing Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards across the business.

You will manage ISO systems, lead audits, ensure compliance with UK legislation, and drive continuous improvement across operations. The role also involves supporting environmental and sustainability initiatives while promoting a strong safety culture throughout the team.

We’re looking for someone with proven QHSE experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of ISO standards and UK regulations, and the ability to lead and influence effectively. A NEBOSH qualification is essential.
